Palmtraders UK started operating from a small tropical tea garden in Devon during 2001 and has very quickly become one of the UK's leading importers and retailers of palm trees. From our new growing base in Valencia thousands of hardy palms are exported each year destined to grace the gardens of Europe. As pioneers in this field Palmtraders are very proud to have introduced two entirely new varieties of hardy palm to the UK, the Brazilian Silver Queen Palm (Syagrus var.litoralis) in 2004 and the Carnavon Palm (Livistona nitida) from Queensland in 2005 and continue to search the globe for new and exciting discoveries. |
